Creating the Perfect Cup

Warm (don't boil) 8–10 oz of water or your favorite milk until it's about 170–180°F (77–82°C).

Add 1–2 tablespoons of ceremonial cacao to your cup, sweetener of choice then slowly pour in the warm liquid.

Blend with a traditional molinillo, handheld frother, or blender until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
