All orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because we source ceremonial cacao intentionally and often work with international suppliers, there may be rare moments when we are waiting for cacao to clear customs.
While this does not happen often, in the event of a delay:
