At Cacao & I, each batch of cacao is crafted intentionally in small quantities, with deep care for quality, freshness, and integrity. Because cacao is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

🌿 All Sales Are Final

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Ceremonial cacao blocks

• Herbal blends

• Bundle offerings

• Limited releases

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cacaoandi.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement for items damaged in transit.
